These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ListAI (the "Service"), operated by Helen Doherty, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("ListAI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What ListAI does

ListAI is a tool that helps resellers create and manage product listings and publish them across third-party marketplaces (such as eBay, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace and Etsy). ListAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those marketplaces.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@silvercleanse.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Beta service

The Service is currently provided free of charge during a beta period. Beta features may change, be limited, or contain errors. We may introduce paid plans in future; if we do, we will give existing users reasonable advance notice before any charges apply, and you may stop using the Service at any time.

4. Third-party marketplaces

When you use ListAI to list on a third-party marketplace, you remain bound by that marketplace's own terms, fees and policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your listings, items and conduct comply with those rules and with applicable law. We are not responsible for actions taken by a marketplace, including the removal or suspension of your listings or account.

5. Your responsibilities

You own or have the right to sell the items you list, and your listings are accurate and lawful.
You will not use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, infringing or prohibited goods or activity.
You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Any connections you make to marketplace accounts are yours and you are authorised to use them.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to help draft titles, descriptions and other listing content. This content is a suggestion: you are responsible for reviewing and editing it for accuracy before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI output is correct, complete or suitable for any particular item.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to ListAI. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, the Service is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (which, during the free beta, may be nil).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer.
